Dacia Croydon were great because Sam explained everything in fine detail. My experience with Shoaib Khan here in particular was excellent. He was not a typical pushy car salesman but was informative, pleasant and gave us advice, clear explanations, time and space to decide. The only thing I did not like about the sales process is that none of the paperwork is given is physical paperwork - it all involves e signing on your phone and tiny small print which makes it very difficult to read things properly. I would prefer physical paperwork so things can be seen/read clearly and kept in a file at home.
On getting the car home, I experienced several problems in the first two weeks, where varying iights and error messages appeared on the dashboard, including "Risk of Engine Failure", "Check Injectors" amongst others. Then on turning off the car they disappeared. We returned the car to the dealer. They asked me to bring the car back so they could get their workshop to look at it, gave me a courtesy car (brand new!) while the investigated, found the problem (I hope) and, fixed it within 2 days. They even cleaned the car both inside and out while it was there being looked at. They were very helpful and pleasant and so far 2 weeks later no more problems (fingers crossed). They could not have been nicer to deal with and I would certainly use them again. Problems happen sometimes, but it is the way that you deal with them that counts, as Shoaib said. I love my new Dacia so far!
